Retreat Highlights:
This retreat will give you an experience of a lifetime. Join me on three (3) runs with breathtaking, striking views and reignite your love for running. Learn ChiRunning form and feel the transformational power of ‘running aligned body and mind.’ Experience spectacular views in Wyoming at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. Learn the tools to create a mind-body connection while running, which you will be able to take home and implement while running at home.
On each retreat, you’ll find the time and space to truly connect with YOU and (re)connect to your joy of running in the company of a small group of women who are seeking what you’re seeking.
Welcome to My Hometown
Join me in my hometown of Ten Sleep, Wyoming - a picturesque small, Western town of just 234 people. Located in north central WY, we are ideally situated at the foothills of the majestic Bighorn Mountains for an unforgettable running and mindfulness retreat experience.
Below is a sampling of our planned events:
Running: Enjoy 3 morning runs (4-7 miles) at elevations ranging from 4400’ to 7700’. Experience runs free from expectations with a focus on mindfulness. Plus, enhance your running with our half day Chi running form workshop.
Mindfulness: The retreats feature carefully curated mindfulness activities to support a complete mind-body experience.
Activities: Daily excursions to the surrounding areas:
- Sunset excursion to Castle Gardens, a sandstone ‘forest’ 7 miles south of Ten Sleep.
- An afternoon of paddle boarding/ kayaking on Meadowlark Lake, a mountain lake.
- An afternoon soak in natural hot springs in Thermopolis.
