Welcome to My Hometown: Where Adventure Meets Tranquility

Join me in my hometown of Ten Sleep, Wyoming - a picturesque small, Western town of just 234 people. Located in north central WY, we are ideally situated at the foothills of the majestic Bighorn Mountains for an unforgettable movement and mindfulness retreat experience.

This isn't just a retreat; it's an immersion into a lifestyle that celebrates strength, joy, and connection. We'll explore the stunning landscapes that have shaped my own journey, embracing movement as a source of empowerment and well-being.

Here’s a taste of what awaits you:

Movement Exploration: Enjoy 3 morning walks or runs (3.5-7 miles, adaptable to all levels) at elevations ranging from 4400’ to 7700’. Experience movement free from expectations, focusing on mindfulness and connection. Enhance your movement with our half-day mindful movement form workshop.

Mindfulness Practices: The retreats feature carefully curated mindfulness activities to support a complete mind-body experience, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and your movement.

Adventures in Nature: Daily excursions to the surrounding areas

  • Sunset excursion to Castle Gardens, a sandstone ‘forest’ 7 miles south of Ten Sleep, where ancient landscapes inspire awe.
  • An afternoon of paddle boarding/kayaking on Meadowlark Lake, a serene mountain lake, where you can find peace on the water.
  • An afternoon soak in natural hot springs in Thermopolis, where the healing waters soothe body and soul.
