Today I want to talk about the concept of ‘the process being the goal’ as opposed to only achieving the goal.
One of the reasons I used to hate running was because I was focused on being done with the run - I would go for a run and be so focused on being back home that I hated what I was doing. I was only outcome oriented and I didn’t like the process.
