Alright on today’s episode we’re talking about prep week for success. So you want to sign up for your first Half Marathon or you’ve already signed up for your first half marathon and now it feels like it’s ‘looming’ out on the horizon some 16-18-20 weeks out. I notice a lot of ‘anxiety’/ ‘worry’ around this in my running community Train For a Half Marathon on facebook and I thought I wanted to offer up some tips that may help shift your focus from ‘fear’ of this big commitment to manageable steps you can take in the process.
