Why do you run?
- Running is such a great tool for personal development because much like yoga what happens within us on the run is a reflection of how we deal with things in all areas of our life.
- Running provides an opportunity to practice dealing with tough situations in one defined area of our life that we can then bring to other areas of our life.
- Consistently putting ourselves in these challenging situations proves to us that we can handle hard situations and we can bring those skills into our day-to-day life.
